学术报告征集

       研讨会将包括8个大会报告（7月29日）和24个分会报告（7月30日上午）。报告请结合主题，尽可能阐明与大数据和AI等现代技术相结合的应用背景或前景，并于2024年6月10日前将题目和摘要发送至会议邮箱或会议联系人。

大会报告人介绍

Dr. Wai Yuen Szeto, Professor, Associate Head at the Department of Civil Engineering, and the Director of the Institute of Transport Studies at the University of Hong Kong, is a Top 1 % Scholar 2015-2023 (by Clarivate Analytics' Essential Science Indicators) and a World’s Top 2% Scientist (by Stanford University). He currently achieves h-index 65 (Google Scholar) and has published over 155 refereed journal papers, with two in Operations Research and thirty-four in Transportation Research Part B, and the publications have been cited over 12000 times (Google Scholar). These are related to shared mobility, dynamic traffic assignment, transport network design, public transport, network reliability, game theoretic approaches to transport and logistic problems, modeling land use, transport and environment interaction, and sustainable transport. He received the World Conference on Transport Research Prize (2001), the Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies Outstanding Paper Award (2003), the Hong Kong Society for Transportation Studies Outstanding Dissertation Paper Award and the Gordon Newell Memorial Prize (2005), the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Outstanding Paper Award for Young Engineers/Researchers (2008), the Best Paper Award of the 10th International Workshop on Computational Transportation Science (2018), the Outstanding Paper Award of the 2018 China Urban Transportation Planning Annual Meeting, and the Best Paper Award of the 14th International Workshop on Computational Transportation Science (2023). Currently, he is an Editor-in-Chief of Transportmetrica B, an Associate Editor of Transportation Research Part D and Transportation Research Part E, Journal of Intelligent Transportation Systems, Transportmetrica A, Travel Behaviour and Society, an Area Editor of Networks and Spatial Economics, and an Editorial Board Member of Transportation Research Part C and International Journal of Sustainable Transportation. He is also a member of Transport Advisory Committee of HKSAR.

Dr. Xu Min is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She received bachelor degrees in Hydraulic Engineering and Economics (double degree) from Tsinghua University and Ph.D. degree in Transportation Engineering from National University of Singapore, Singapore. Dr. Xu’s research interests include emerging urban transport and logistics solustion, shared mobility, transportation network modeling, and travel behavior modeling. Her work has been published in the major journals in the field such as Transportation Research Part B: Methodological and Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies. Dr. Xu serves on the editoral board of Transportation Research Part C: Emerging Technologies and Transportation Research Part E: Logistics and Transportation Review. She has worked on the research projects funded by Hong Kong Research Grants Council and National Natural Science Foundation of China.

李建新，IEEE高级会员，CCF会员，迪肯大学数据科学教授，研究方向包括大数据技术、复杂网络数据挖掘、交通大模型技术。发表学术论文超过150篇，包括高被引论文12篇，热点论文2篇，入选斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家2023榜单，所发表学术论文获得谷歌学术引用5274次。荣获2017年世界万维网会议最佳系统论文奖，2018年澳大利亚创新创业大赛三等奖。指导研究生在国家会议荣获最佳学生论文奖6次。曾负责澳大利亚国家级、州政府级科研项目5项，负责中国国家自然科学基金面上项目1项。分别在SCI检索期刊Array Journal担任主编，World Wide Web Journal，Knowledge-based Systems，IEEE Signal Processing Letters担任副主编。在10多个国际学术会议担任大会主席和程序委员会主席等职务。

陈喜群，浙江大学长聘教授，智能交通研究所所长，国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。研究领域包括交通运输管理、共享出行、智能交通系统等。担任WTC学科主席，管理科学与工程学会理事，国家级车联网先导区专家委员，Transportation Research Part C副主编，IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles副主编，npj Sustainable Mobility and Transport编委。主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、国家重点研发计划课题1项。在Nature Sustainability、Cell子刊Patterns和The Innovation、Management Science、M&SOM、Transportation Science、Transportation Research Part B等期刊发表SCI/SSCI论文140余篇，研究成果被遴选为Nature研究亮点和Patterns封面论文，并被国家基金委报道。获中国智能交通协会科技创新领军人才奖、中国交通运输协会科技创新青年奖、IEEE ITSS最佳博士论文奖，入选斯坦福全球2%顶尖科学家、爱思唯尔中国高被引学者、中国科协青托工程、浙江省杰青、浙江省千人。

郭仁拥，北京航空航天大学经管学院教授，博士生导师，国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。研究方向：交通行为建模与分析、城市经济学、社会计算、城市大数据计算与处理等。在城市路网中交通流的演化建模分析和拥堵控制管理，动态交通分配算法的收敛性分析和动态交通系统的拥堵控制管理，行人移动和路径选择行为建模与分析等方面取得一系列成果。已在TR-Part B、TS、《管理科学学报》、《系统工程理论与实践》等期刊发表学术论文90余篇，其中近70篇第一或通讯作者论文，60余篇被SCI/SSCI检索。主持国家自然科学基金项目5项、省部级项目4项。入选爱思唯尔2019~2022中国高被引学者。

王 凯，清华大学车辆与运载学院助理教授、博士生导师，国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。此前分别就职于麻省理工学院（博士后）以及卡耐基梅隆大学（研究员）；博士毕业于香港理工大学。主要研究方向为智能交通与物流系统，包括城市低空交通、城市物流、共享出行、城市微公交系统等；研究方法包括大规模优化、不确定性优化、数据驱动决策、机器学习等。主持和参与基金委优青、重点、国际合作交流项目等。多项研究成果发表在交通与物流顶级期刊，如OR、MS、TS、TR-B等。获得 INFORMS 多项最佳论文奖项，如 INFORMS 2023 Harvey Greenberg Research Award (INFORMS Computing Society), INFORMS 2021 Transportation Science & Logistics Society Best Paper Award等。

闫小勇，北京交通大学系统科学学院教授，博士生导师。国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要开展出行行为复杂性与交通复杂网络方面的研究，以第一或通讯作者在 Nature Communications、Transportation Research Part C/E 等国内外期刊上发表学术论文40余篇，出版学术专著1部。一些研究成果曾被中国科学报、中国教育报、中国交通报、Nature、AAAS EurekAlert!、Science Daily、Phys.org 等国内外科技媒体广泛报道。其中2017年发表在Nature Communications的研究成果得到国家领导人的重要批示，并在多个城市获得应用，主持国家自然科学基金项目4项。

李树凯，北京交通大学系统科学学院教授，博士生导师，国家优秀青年科学基金获得者。主要研究方向：城市交通系统建模与优化控制、轨道交通运输组织与管理、城市公共交通协同优化决策。兼任中国运筹学会智能计算分会副理事长、中国运筹学会不确定系统分会理事、管理科学与工程学会交通运输管理分会委员会委员等。在Transportation Research Part B/C/E、Automatica、IEEE ITS/CST/SMC等国际顶级/重要学术期刊发表SCI检索论文80余篇。成果获中国城市轨道交通协会科技进步一等奖1项，中国自动化学会自然科学二等奖1项。申请国家发明专利20余项，其中授权8项。主持在研/完成国家自然科学基金项目3项、北京市自然科学基金项目3项，作为核心骨干参与国家重点研发计划项目2项。担任国际SCI期刊《Computers & Industrial Engineering》客座编委和国内EI期刊《铁道科学与工程学报》青年编委等。
